Montefiore's Home Care Department has an excellent opportunity available for a PRN RN to service clients in Cuyahoga, Lake, Geauga, and Portage Counties .
Qualified candidates must have a current RN license in the State of Ohio, 1-2 years home care or community nursing experience, demonstrated excellence in nursing assessment, home care case management, communication and problem-solving skills. Experience with home care software, home care coding, is preferred. Must have a clean driving record and own transportation. We offer premium pay and mileage and phone reimbursement.
