The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:
- Registered Nurse or LVN License in State of CA
- Healthcare Call Center Experience
- Bilingual in Spanish
What You'll Be Doing:
- Working in a Healthcare call center and will be contacting new members for an assessment
- Both inbound and outbound calls.
- Provide telephonic and face-to-face assessments and support by developing care plans with members
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Registered Nurse or LVN Licensure in State of CA (Active and in Good Standing
- Must be Bilingual in Spanish
- Two to five (2 - 5) years of experience working in a Healthcare Call Center Environment
- Must Have Case Management Experience in a Managed Care Setting
- Must have Experience with Inter-Qual and CMS guidelines
- Knowledge of applicable state, and federal regulations
- Familiarity with NCQA standards, regulations and measurement techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible Schedule Needed. May need to work on Weekends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word and Excel
