Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse Hedis Specialist Job

REGISTERED NURSE OR LICENSED VOCATIONAL NURSE - HEDIS needed for a Contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in San Antonio, Texas.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse (State of Texas)
- Hedis Project Management Experience
- NCQA Guidelines

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Support the annual HEDIS project management by coordinating the identification, collection and abstraction of medical record
- Participates in meetings with vendors for the medical record collection process
- Collect medical records and reports from provider offices based on member needed services reports

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse Licensure in State of Texas
- Must have basic knowledge of HEDIS and NCQA
- Two to five (2 - 5) years of Hedis Project Experience preferably in a Health Plan Setting
- Must have coding and medical record abstraction experience
