-Registered Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Clinical Social Worker in State of CA (Active and in Good Standing)
-2- 5 years of Case Management Experience in a Managed Care Setting
-Must have Call Center Experience
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
-Responsible for Utilization Management, Quality Referrals, and Discharge planning in a Managed Care Setting
-Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriate case management
-Assess discharge-planning needs of a diverse cultural and ethnic population
-Assigned patients ranging in age from neonates to geriatrics
-Must be flexible between hours of 8am-8pm
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
-Registered Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Clinical Social Worker in State of CA (Active and in Good Standing)
-2- 5 years of Case Management and Utilization Management Experience in a Managed Care Setting
-Must have 3-5 years of Clinical Experience
-Working in a Call Center would be a huge plus
-Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable
-Intermediate level use of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
