REGISTERED NURSE INPATIENT CASE MANAGER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in San Diego, CA.

- Inpatient Case Manager
- Registered Nurse Licensure
- InterQual Guidelines

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Responsible and accountable for ensuring high quality patient care
- Responsible for ensuring that specific patient outcomes are achieved
- Case Manager will communicate with administration

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Registered Nurse Licensure in State of CA
- Three to five (3-5) Years of recent experience as a Inpatient Case Manager in acute care setting
- Utilization Review and Discharge Planning experience
- Proficiency in Information Systems and computer programs such as Word, Excel

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Masters Degree, ACM or CCM preferred
- Previous Supervisory Experience
- MIDAS and ECIN Guidelines
