JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Onsite Inpatient Case Management in an acute care setting.
- Using Managed Care guidelines such as InterQual.
- Performing Discharge Planning.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- RN License in State of CA (Must be Active and in good standing).
- At least two (2) years of recent Hospital Case Management experience in the acute care setting.
- Experienced in Discharge Planning and InterQual Guidelines.
- Ability to handle 18-25 case loads.
- Must be able to work weekends.
