Registered Nurse Hospital Case Manager Job

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a REGISTERED NURSE HOSPITAL CASE MANAGER to join our client in Whittier, CA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Onsite Inpatient Case Management in an acute care setting
- Using Managed Care guidelines such as InterQual
- Performing Discharge Planning

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- RN LICENSE IN STATE OF CA (MUST BE ACTIVE AND IN GOOD STANDING)
- MUST HAVE A BACHELORS OF SCIENCE DEGREE IN NURSING
- Must have at least two (2) Years of recent Hospital Case Management experience in the acute care setting
- Experienced in Discharge Planning and InterQual Guidelines
- Ability to handle 18-25 case loads
