JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Onsite Inpatient Case Management in an acute care setting
- Using Managed Care guidelines such as InterQual
- Performing Discharge Planning
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- RN License in State of CA (Must be Active and in good standing)
- At least three to five (3 - 5) years of recent Hospital Case Management experience in the acute care setting
- Experienced in Discharge Planning and InterQual Guidelines
- Ability to handle 18-25 case loads
- Must be able to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
