Registered Nurse ER Hospital Case Manager (3pm-11pm) Job

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a REGISTERED NURSE ER HOSPITAL CASE MANAGER to join our client in Northridge, CA

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Onsite Inpatient Case Management in their Emergency Room Unit in a acute care setting
- Using Managed Care guidelines such as InterQual
- Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- RN License in State of CA (Must be Active and in good standing)
- At least two to five (2-5) Years of recent Hospital Case Management experience in the ER in the acute care setting
- Experienced in Discharge Planning and InterQual Guidelines
- Ability to handle 18-25 case loads
- Must be able to work Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm
