Registered Nurse Case Manager Job

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH RN needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Utica, NY.

TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Triage and treat injuries & illnesses on the job
- Provide comprehensive case management services for employees

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Best qualified candidate will be able to provide Case Management services such as Workers Compensation and ensure speedy, return to work timelines for employees.
- Also, be able to assist with phlebotomy, hands on assessments and further care if needed.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Best qualified candidate will have two to three (2-3) years of experience dealing with fast paced work environment, triaging and treating injuries and providing case management services for injured and ill employees.
- Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
- EMR system proficiency
- Active, unrestricted RN licensure in NY
- CPR Certified
