- Case Management
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:- Develop and maintain collaborative and proactive relationships with members and providers
- Evaluate the appropriateness, necessity, and quality of health care provided
- Case management to include chronic and catastrophic cases
- Provide education, facilitating and encouraging adherence to recommended healthcare
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:- Current Washington state RN license
- Two (2+) years of clinical experience
- One (1+) years of experience in medical case management
- Knowledge of Utilization Review/Case Management
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
