Registered Nurse Ambulatory Case Manager Job

REGISTERED NURSE CASE MANAGER needed for a FULL TIME/CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Long Beach, CA.

TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Registered Nurse in State of CA (Active and in Good Standing)
- Must have three - five (3-5) years of Ambulatory case management experience in a Managed Care and Acute Care Setting
- Inpatient Case Management Experience
- Must be Experience with Robertson and Miliman

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Responsible: for the quality improvement, utilization management and care management in your department
- Work closely with all of the Care Management team as well as members of Quality Improvement and the Office of the Medical Director to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Registered Nurse in State of CA (Active and in Good Standing)
- Must have three - five (3-5) years of Ambulatory case management experience in a Managed Care and Acute Care Setting
- Must have three - five (3-5) years of Clinical Experience in an Acute Care Setting
- Must be Experience with Robertson and Miliman
- Must be a team player and work individually
