WE ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR QUALIFIED NURSES TO JOIN OUR AGENCY TO WORK THROUGHOUT CARE HOMES IN SOUTHPORT AND MERSEYSIDE AREA.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for qualified Registered Nurses to join our expanding team at Pure Care and Support as part of the Matta Care Group. Pure Care and Support is an agency based firm looking for experienced Nurses to join the organisation working either flexible hours to suit you. Successful candidates will be allocated work within various organisations and locations.

You will assist the Home Manager in the planning directing and delivery of high quality person- centred care, and provide leadership and support to a team of unqualified staff; establish and maintain positive relationships with service users and their families and friends and liaise with external agencies.

You will be a qualified nurse RGN/RMN with experience of working with older people. You will be using your expertise to assess, plan, and implement plans of care and will champion a holistic person- centred approach and deliver research based professional nursing practice. You will have good communication skills and will be a strong team player.
