Registered Manager-Adults Care Home perm/interim-£28k+

My client based in South West England is currently looking for a Registered Manager to work in their adults care home. This role comes with an attractive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, this is initially an interim post of 6-12 months however the client is open to permanent applications.

You will need strong leadership qualities, experience in delivering care sensitive to the individual needs of service users, understanding relevant legislation and an ability to communicate effectively at all levels. A genuine passion and desire in delivering the highest standards of care in a person-centred approach to the client group is essential.

You will need at least 2 years' experience in a senior management capacity in the managing of a relevant care setting within the past 5 years. You will need a qualification at Level 5/4 NVQ Social Care and a qualification in Management at Level 4 NVQ or above, or equivalent. This is necessary to meet CQC registration requirements.
