Regional Sales Manager - Housing/Property

Projektbeschreibung
Based from their office in Newbury, you will be responsible for the sales and marketing for the Southern region, covering Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Hampshire, managing a team of sales consultants and administrators.
You will have a background of property sales either through a large/volume housebuilder or an estate agency, where you will have had at least three years direct line management responsibility for a team of sales consultants which will have included performance monitoring, support, training and development.
You will have dealt with Government Schemes such as NewBuy, Shared Ownership or Shared Equity and will have completed the full life cycle from enquiry through to successful completion, working closely with both the client and housing association/builder.
As this is a regional opportunity you must have a full Driving Licence - car allowance is offered - and be willing to travel throughout the areas. This role will also include occasional evening and weekend work in order to maximise the sales opportunities.
