Regional Sales Manager

My client is at the forefront of technology internationally, they truly are the leader in their market through great strategy and leading technology solutions.

My client is looking for an experienced sales manager to lead the solutions into the public sector, while public sector experience in not a must have, they do need an experienced candidate with a number of years of sales management experience, they need a safe pair of hands who is capable of leading from the front and having senior level/commercial conversations with an existing portfolio of clients.

Work in a team environment where everyone wants to succeed and be better than the competition. Work with a large range of solutions/Cloud/Mobility/Networking/Virtualisation/Unified Comms.

The Role:

- Follow the companies go to market strategies for each individual product suite.
- Lead, mentor and define the way for your experienced sales team.
- This role has a focus in the public sector.
- Operational Management, Setting Budgets Create and execute business plans.
- Forecast with accuracy.
- Liaise with vendors and partners formulate go to market strategies for each product set.
- Assist the sales team on complex engagements.

Your background:

- 12 + years of sales experience (preferable from a systems integrator in the infrastructure space)
- A good understanding of the cloud/infrastructure space
- A background of success in sales management.
- The ability to lead from the front with a [positive affect on your sales team
- Must be a true leader and someone that is willing to take responsibility.
- Experience securing large scale IT maintenance contracts.
