Regional Resource Advisor

Regional Resource Advisor required immediately for a 7 month contact based in Derby/Wolverhampton working for a major Infrastructure Company travelling over the UK. You will provide a professional recruitment to my clients regional contracts and offices nationwide, managing roles with a volume of 20/30.

The ideal candidate would have the following experience:

.The role holder will be understand resourcing practices and best practice solutions

.The role holder will have the ability to inspire confidence of the managers, employees and candidates through understanding business needs and priorities and roles

.Ability to positively challenge and influence to ensure the best business outcome is delivered

.Proven track record in building effective relationships with managers

.Excellent communication skills - handles complex and difficult situations with thought and confidence

.Able to problem solve both operational issues through a pragmatic and commercially sound approach
