REGIONAL PROJECT MANAGER needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Wilmington, DE.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Manage and deliver the DOA Transformation project in the Latam Region, using effective project & change management techniques and disciplines.
- Plan, lead and co-ordinate business resources from a Matrix organization to deliver the project. This will include project and delivery experts provided by GFS teams, Client's marketing company business teams and Genpact, the outsource service provider.
- Work formally and informally in partnership with the Global Project & Program Management, regional Stakeholders and regional IS teams to ensure success of the Project.
- Work with key regional stakeholders to provide input and support with regional/local DOA communications and training, ensuring awareness and readiness for the implementation of the new DOA application and business processes.
- Review progress, risks & issues to ensure that timelines and other deliverables are met. Initiate and implement corrective action in the event of any identified deviation from plan.
- There will be responsibility for both people and budget (indirectly). The role-holder will typically manage business delivery teams but will also drive an IS delivery agenda with Client's internal and external partners.
- The holder of this role will be required to work with Finance at all levels of management to support & facilitate the implementation of the DOA project in their region.
- Define & agree the project plans, including activities, resources, costs, roles, responsibilities and appropriate quality. Mobilize resources and own the weekly review (PDR) cycle to deliver to these plans.
- Manage the coordination of all project work streams through the provision of an Client's appropriate project management framework and the fostering of team working.
- Work with the global DoA team & regional Pearl program teams to establish relationships with key stakeholders across the region and SET areas to ensure understanding and commitment to the project objectives.
- Monitor, analyze and mitigate risks to project success. Ensure governance groups are always informed of risk and push to obtain advice and clarity.
- Deliver successful change management and communications within the region, working with the Central DOA Communications & Training Lead.
- Manage the implementation of a number of process changes, with input from appropriate process experts, in the purchasing, travel & expenses and data management areas.
- Provide leadership and decision-making, in support of the delivery of the project.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

- Degree or equivalent professional qualification, ideally Project management certification.
- Significant work experience in Finance related activities
- Ability to use a range of influencing techniques
- Knowledge of ERP environments & experience of global technology implementations (Ariba, ERP, T&E)
- Proven experience of change management
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple project streams/tasks effectively
- Communication and negotiation skills are critical to ensure that conflicting priorities, objectives or resource demands are resolved swiftly and in line with high-level
- Passion for customers
