Regional Operations Program Manager EOC (Vendor)

Our client, a leading Global company, are seeking a Regional Operations Program Manager focused on new services program launches.

The Regional Operations Program Manager partners with our business groups, development teams, store teams, channel teams, operational partners, and operations teams, regionally, as the focal contact for the enablement of new services for the Post Sales Experience in the EOC Region.

The critical end goals of this role is to be responsible for implementing, stabilizing, and releasing new post sales services to ensure a positive customer experience for all Channels currently serviced by the current team. The role has a significant impact in driving business growth by providing regional program management support. The position will own relationships with the regional operational groups and virtual partners in order to drive New Service Introductions.

The ideal candidate must have:

*3+ years of project management experience
*5+ years of manufacturing and/or supply chain operations experience .Preferably retail/service-based programs.
*Results oriented with initiative, ownership and follow-through to completion
*2+ years of experience developing operational infrastructure for supporting Reverse Logistics across multiple channels, and lines of business.
*Consumer electronic product returns, reverse logistics, and/or manufacturing experience
*Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to successfully manage competing priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced, dead-line oriented environment
*Solid analytical and problem resolution skills in an ambiguous environment
*Great written and oral communication skills.
*Ability to work and communicate effectively across disciplines, and teams
*Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and make independent decisions
*BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics and/or equivalent industry experience is preferred
*MBA preferred
*PMP Certification Preferred
*Six Sigma Green Belt Certified Preferred.
