Regional Lead - Resourcing

My major Investment Banking client based in London is currently seeking a Resourcing - Regional Lead to join their Human Resources.

Key Skills required for a Resourcing - Regional Lead

*Experience of managing a regional recruitment solution
*Stakeholder management and communication skills - written and oral
*Escalation management
*Demonstrated leadership skills
*Vendor Management experience
*Bachelor Degree qualified or equivalent
*MUST be results orientated
*Experience of working in a complex, multi-site organisation
*MUST have worked in a Managed Service Provider recruitment solution

The role (accountabilities):

*Ensure delivery of Service Level Agreements and Key Performer Indicator results
*Stakeholder management responsibility - both internal and external MSP program stakeholders.
*Ensure processes and policies are adhered to - global and regional
*Use analytical skills to measure and track performance and provide any recommendations for program changes
*Demonstrate leadership skills in a high volume, high demand recruitment environment
