Sovereign Living is one of the South and South West of England's largest new homes developers, with a strong track record of delivering both affordable and market housing. Having recently secured £250m investment we plan to build more than 3,600 new affordable homes over the next three years.

We currently seek a Regional Head of Sales, based in Newbury, to manage our Property Sales and Marketing function for the East region. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, the role will involve managing our property sales team to ensure that schemes are effectively marketed, meeting performance targets and quality service standards, and support the future strategic direction of the service.

We are looking for a commercially focused professional with substantial experience of new home sales and marketing and ideally with an understanding of equity ownership models. A background in home sales is essential for this post, ideally with a volume house builder or Housing Association, as is inspirational leadership, accomplished communication and delegation skills and the ability to deliver outstanding performance
