Regional Deployment Coordinator

Your attention to detail and organization skills will contribute directly to the success of our client as they develop, construct, and deploy our Satellite Access Node Nodes (SAN). As the Regional Deployment Coordinator, you will be responsible for tracking key deliverables, updating program status, and authorizing work to be performed by our subcontractors.

As the Regional Deployment Coordinator, you will be responsible for helping our team deploy the latest satellite communications network.

Career responsibilities will include:

- Monitoring and tracking key deliverables from subcontractors
- Updating the program's status against critical schedule milestones
- Coordinating work authorizations, purchase orders, and invoice payments
- Supporting both internal and external teams with status updates and coordination of upcoming tasks
- Positioning ViaSat for continued innovation and growth in satellite communications

REQUIREMENTS

- 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of software with a strong emphasis on Excel use
- Experience in tracking progress, documentation and updates of project status. Experience with Oracle is a plus, but not absolutely required.
- Effective communication skills with all levels of management.
- Highly organized and detail oriented

- 5+ years progressive experience in similar positions.
