IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Assist the Head of International Compliance (VP & Deputy Compliance Officer - International) in the development, implementation and management of the company's compliance program in the CEEMEA region
-Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in a manner consistent with best practices and applicable law and guidance
-Focus on the operations of the Sales and Marketing functions in the business in the region
-Development of policies and procedures, development and delivery of training on the client's compliance policies and industry laws, regulations and guidance, management of investigations, and providing guidance to employees on compliance and ethics matters
-Identify and assess existing and emerging business practice issues and risks
-Develop and execute audits and reviews of compliance risk areas to determine need for improvement and ways to enhance existing controls
-Work closely with Legal department to ensure appropriate legal risk management

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and a Law degree, preferably with pharmaceutical focus (other significant experience in Pharmaceuticals will be considered in place of a Law degree)
-Profound experience in the area, some of that experience involving the implementation of compliance programs
-Knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical compliance issues in the global environment
-Previous experience of working in or for the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry
-Strong interpersonal skills, a flexible, collaborative and team-oriented approach to problem-solving and an ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
-Fluent in English
