- Troubleshooting system performance issues, diagnosing problems and correcting issues with technicians located in remote data centers
- 24x7x365 on-call rotation
- Rapidly scaling systems o meet demand
Position requirements:
- Solid grasp of TCP/IP Networking fundamentals
- Multiple years of experience as a Red Hat Linux Administrator in fast-paced, high-availability production environments
- Experience with:
- VMware
- Linux KickStart
- SAN - preferably EMC client side
- Outstanding troubleshooting skills
