My client who are a global MSP are looking for a Team Leader to work onsite at a global investment bank in the City of London.

This is a 12 month FTC and will start from June 2013 - therefore you must be available to work from May/June onwards - Please do not apply for this role unless you are available during those time or you will not be considered.

Role Requirements

Release job requests received from the Client to an approved list of suppliers
Receive and screen CVs and forward CVs to Client in a timely manner.
Co-ordinate receipt and forwarding of feedback between managers and suppliers.
Co-ordinate interviews between manager and suppliers.
Offer successful candidates when required and negotiate acceptable pay rates between manager & supplier.
Ensure that all relevant finance, costing and referencing information is obtained before commencement of assignments
Request and track receipt of all background checks through to completion and file electronically and in hard copy folders
Conducting first day inductions for new starters
Responsible for providing a full consultative recruitment service to the Client's line managers with regards to the recruitment industry, market trends, and market legislation
Advising on market rates for new requests when required
Participate in regular meetings with line managers to discuss strategic resource planning
Help to raise awareness of the Managed Service Program services to Hiring Managers
Involvement with training for new Hiring Managers
Responsible for front face customer service to the Client's line managers, following problem resolution through to completion.
Responsible for understanding, operating under, and adhering to any related customer employee manuals, employee contracts and relating policies and procedures.
Deal with and resolve candidate pay rises and report queries received from Client.
Report any non-compliance issues to the Client Key Stakeholders
Develop relationships with Key Stakeholders Hiring Managers.
Oversee the administration of Projects & Services duties carried out by the Resource Administrator, in accordance with the scope of P&S managed by my client
Be accountable for all recruitment activities of the On-site resource.

Team Leader -additional tasks

Effectively manage and develop the Resource Administrator, to include monthly reviews and annual appraisals against agreed competencies.
Attendance at client operational meetings in line with agreed service levels.
Developing sourcing plans for difficult to fill areas.
Point of escalation for the team and track issues through to completion, escalating where required to Operations Manager and client key stakeholders
Reviewing procedures on the program, in relation to contractual, financial, recruitment, assignments, suppliers, and updating where necessary
Validate data held to ensure any challenges are eradicated
Conduct checks on invoice files prior to them being processed by the client
Manage a regular communications plan that is agreed with the client.
Responsible for any non-compliance issues and dealing with the agencies involved.
1st level of escalation on the Program
Responsible for managing all ad hoc projects as directed by the client, liaising with the Client Services manager for support where required

Person Profile/Qualities:

Ability to communicate at all levels
Ideally must have worked within a financial company or recruited IT roles.
Excellent organisational skills & ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly
Have a sound understanding of the recruitment/resourcing process
Must be able to handle figures and confidently deal with negotiating costs
Good level of IT literacy
Ability to handle issues and compose responses with a good level of English maintained
Confident and articulate presenter to senior client audience.
Comfortable manager of staff, leading by example.
Be self-motivated and confident in using own initiative
Team player
