Our client a large NHS organisation require a team leader to manage all aspects of the trusts recruitment administration and onboarding service for Non - Clinical Staff. This role will require direct line management of a small team of administrators.
The Team Leader will oversee the onboarding practices to maintain a high quality service at all times, ensure all non clinical staff are employed in line with legislation and trust policy, provide weekly metrics, escalate delays in onboarding to the relevant stakeholder.
Skills Required: Previous HR/Recruitment experience within a NHS/Public Sector organisation with team management responsibilities.
