Recruitment Team Leader - 6 months - Nottingham - Negotiable Daily Rate

A leading Energy and Utilities client of Hyphen is looking for a Recruitment Team Leader to join their site in Nottingham as part of a large scale Change Programme.

Job Purpose:- The Volume Resourcing Team Manager will lead a team of 8 Resourcing specialists to deliver volume based resourcing activity within the UK after the establishment of GRS and assist in its establishment in the UK and ongoing development. As the most senior Resourcing Professional in the UK the role holder will manage the necessary stakeholders within GRS, UK RSI, Internal Customers, and external resourcing partners in order to efficiently fulfil volume resourcing requirements, contribute to the establishment of GRS services within the UK, and ensure successful completion of HR Transformation aims for resourcing.

Experience Required:- *Proven recruitment practitioner with experience of multi-site recruitment experience in a blue chip organisation, resourcing for a number of role disciplines
*Relevant resourcing experience at executive level in a change-orientated, multi-faceted, multi-cultural and ideally, global business
*Prior experience of resourcing and recruitment in relation to talent acquisition, management and assessment of high potential
*Experience of developing active internal and external networks to support delivery of innovative and efficient resourcing solutions/propositions
*Track record of resource management best practice improvements with the ability to demonstrate value-add in previous roles.
*Excellent up to date knowledge of relevant employment legislation
*Experience in managing external suppliers including knowledge of contract negotiations and monitoring of SLA compliance
*Proven experience of working within a complex Matrix Environment.
*Experience of managing people and driving high performance
*Strong stakeholder management internal and external
*Strong prioritisation and organisational skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of an organisation.
*Proven experience of developing and motivating a team through change.
*Flexible working arrangements including travel, off site and overnight stays
*Support the wider Resourcing Team whenever appropriate
*Driven by tight deadlines and ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of customers
*Be commercially aware and understand the environment in which you operate, openly accepting, promoting and managing the changes as the business evolves.
