RECRUITMENT TEAM LEAD - CAMPUS TEAM LEAD - INVESTMENT BANKING

Canary Wharf, London - 9-12 Months

A Campus Recruitment Team Lead is required to work on site with a Tier 1 Investment Bank in London. This role will oversee recruitment of analysts through aligned regional and global campus recruitment initiatives. The role will manage a team of recruiters and coordinators, manage key business relationships and manage internship programmes that serve as a pipeline to full time hiring.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
* Lead team of recruiters and coordinators - hold 1:1 and divisional team meetings
* Attend manager meetings to devise and implement strategy for the region and regularly update EMEA campus head on divisional activity
* Partner with divisional recruiting leads to drive strategy with the business and advise on best practice and areas of focus
* Engage members of the business to support recruiting initiatives and manage school teams for core universities
* Oversee recruitment for internship and graduate programmes (analyst, associate)
* Determine targets with business incorporating long term recruiting strategy
* Manage hiring targets throughout the recruiting season to ensure business needs are met
* Ensure business is equipped for hiring eg assessment trained, targeting, selling strategies
* Diversity - focus on diversity hiring within the division and work on methods for improving results
* Collaborate with events and marketing team to fill hiring needs and execute appropriate and meaningful events on campus. Work together to devise effective
* Run other Emea campus projects as assigned to align with global strategy

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Managerial experience of a team of recruiters and coordinators on global scale for full time and internship opportunities.
* Strategic development of Recruitment initiatives taking into account regional expectations.
* Responsibility for managing of hiring numbers.
* Development of sustainable business relationships.
* Determine targets with business incorporating long term recruiting strategy
* Manage hiring targets throughout the recruiting season to ensure business needs are met
* Ensure business is equipped for hiring eg assessment trained, targeting, selling strategies
* Diversity - focus on diversity hiring within the division and work on methods for improving results
* Collaborate with events and marketing team to fill hiring needs Organise and lead recruitment events
* Manage acceptance/decline process
* Manage budget where applicable
