Recruitment Support Services Advisor

Our client is looking to appoint a Recruitment Support Services Advisor to work from their Manchester offices.

The Recruitment Support Services Advisor will be responsible for the following:
*To answer enquiries, log them on CRM and input information into the iRec system in order to initiate job vacancies - this includes being the first point of contact for Recruitment enquiries coming into HR Shared Services by telephone call, email and post
*To answer and resolve first point of contact recruitment enquiries within agreed customer service level agreements and quality standards
*To respond professionally and courteously to all customers contacting HR Shared Services
*To hand off enquiries correctly to the Resourcing and Recruitment teams as part of the recruitment service delivery model.
*To meet agreed levels of service for response times without compromising on quality of service
*To log customer complaints and hand off correctly to Recruitment or Resourcing teams for resolution and action
*To provide subject matter expertise in Recruitment for the initiation of a vacancy and next steps in the Recruitment process
*To make recommendations to the team leader Recruitment Support Services for continuous improvement to the customer contact service

The ideal Recruitment Support Services Advisor will have the following Essential Skills and Experience:
*Subject matter expertise in iRec completion and Recruitment process delivery
*Excellent customer service skills
*High standard of verbal and written communications
*Ability to work in highly pressurised environment
