RECRUITMENT STRATEGY PROJECT LEAD

My client has a truly exciting opportunity to join them project managing the delivery of a UK recruitment strategy. This is a high profile project and requires excellent stakeholder management skills at multi levels. The strategy will be leading edge and include a huge transition for this impressive global company, therefore extensive experience in recruitment and resource strategy is a requirement.

The successful Recruitment Project Lead would be responsible for the planning and delivery of the recruitment strategy working with a team of dedicated Recruitment Partners and Marketing. This role will require a candidate able to provide recruitment innovation, best practice and thought leadership, ensuring key metrics analysis and reporting is completed along the way.

The successful Recruitment Strategy Project Lead will possess:

- Expert knowledge in recruitment policies, procedures and process
- Demonstrable background in implementing leading edge recruitment approaches and practices
- Proven background in a leadership role and managing a team
- Extensive candidate attraction and sourcing strategy management experience
- Strong stakeholder skills
- Third party management experience from procurement to management
- Previous budget management experience

Experience gained working on large relocation recruitment projects would be preferable and advantageous.
