Essential
A bachelor's degree, preferably in HR, business administration, or a related field
Master's degree in HR or business administration (Desirable)
Professional body (eg, CIPD, REC, etc.) member (Desirable)
Permanent Recruitment bias - responsible for a case load of recruitment - up to 40 roles - experience of different attraction and selection approaches useful.
Extensive resourcing experience
Proven experience in areas of technical capabilities
Proven experience in developing and evolving an organisation that interfaces with employees, vendors, HR business owners, unions and technology
Public or Private sector experience
Desirable (non essential)
experience of temp worker recruitment preferably in an outsourced set up.
Understanding of temp recruitment systems (pref Fieldglass but open) worker rates and the analysis required to work out overall costs etc.
Some understanding of tax and IR35 legislation would be useful as would an understanding of pre-employment checks within a regulated environment.
