Recruitment Specialist Operations (FR/DE) wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 2+ years' practical knowledge of in-house recruiting, recruitment process and tools as well as expertise in applicant management
- Several years of working experience within the financial services industry
- Familiarity with Brassring as well as know-how in working on roles related to Operations, such as Middle Office and Back Office
- Talented in human resources and dedicated to delivering a high level service
- Languages: fluent French and German, both written and spoken, English should be conversational
YOUR TASKS:
- Managing the entire recruitment process for operations
- Hiring and choosing the right candidates for our business
- Ensuring that candidates and hiring managers get recruiting experience
- Collaborating with colleagues in other HR teams
- Maintaining all requests in Brassring
