Recruitment Specialist Operations - English Speaking

For a global bank based here in Zürich we are searching for a RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST to join the team.

Your role:

- handle and manage the recruitment process
- identify and hire the right candidates for our business
- make sure candidates and hiring managers get a seamless recruiting experience
- work closely with colleagues in other HR teams
- administer all requests in the company's on-line recruitment tool

The Team:

You'll be based in Zurich as part of the Recruiting Team. You will also be part of a global team and able to draw on our recruiting network worldwide. We're client focused and problem solvers for hiring managers, making recruiting easy to do business with and getting the right candidates at the right time for the right role.

We are looking for candidates with:

- C1 LEVEL ENGLISH
- experience of recruiting
- Preferably already gained experience within the financial services industry
- Strong focus on applicant management

You are:

- Somebody who can work under pressure and deal well with high volumes (40+ requests at a time)
- Passionate about human resources and dedicated to delivering a high level service
- An excellent communicator
