RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in GAITHERSBURG, MD.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Requires the experience and confidence to handle a large workload in a fast-paced, complex recruitment & on boarding model
- Requires a minimum of five (5) years of corporate Human Resource experience where delivering highly qualified candidate pools for hard to fill roles was a top priority
- Human Resources experience could be from a HR Generalist/Business Partner perspective or from working in a Recruitment role
- Strong understanding of Compensation, Rewards and Benefits and an ability to ensure candidate understanding of these programs
- Experienced working in an managing requisitions for client group(s) in partnership with the Clients Recruitment Partners, RPO CRMs/Recruiters and Human Resources Business Partners

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Responsible for managing requisitions for your assigned client group(s) in partnership with the Clients Recruitment Partners, RPO CRMs/Recruiters and Human Resources Business Partners
- Work will be focused on the later stages of the recruitment process (interview, offer and pre-employment/on boarding stages)
- Perform compensation analysis, gain offer approval and present offers to candidates in assigned client group(s)
- Explain company benefits and any necessary support services (Relocation, Immigration) to candidates when closing offers
- Support on boarding activities for new hires within assigned client group(s)
- Partner with Recruitment and RPO colleagues to craft & deliver effective communicationspropose mitigation actions to address risks

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Strong presentation skills; with ability to consume large volumes of information and condense them into an impactful and relevant message
- Competent IT skills, including all Microsoft office, spreadsheets, databases, reports and able to produce meaningful management information
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills, able to quickly build strong relationships across a range of key stakeholders and customers
- Strong negotiating skills, able to identify business focused solutions in the face of organizational or administrative barriers
