KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with the Client's Commercial Directorate to develop a recruitment plan to hire new staff, draft job descriptions and manage the recruitment process for new staff through civil service resourcing and the Cabinet Office Commercial Hub. Identify recruitment solutions to attract commercial resources.
THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POST WILL INCLUDE:
- Experience of managing large scale recruitment within the public and private sector.
- Experience of drafting job descriptions and recruiting talented staff.
- Experience of recruiting in the public sector is essential.
