EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:
- A bachelor's degree, preferably in HR, business administration, or a related field essential
-Master's degree in HR or business administration ( Desirable)
- Professional body (eg, CIPD, REC, etc.) member (Desirable)
- Must have experience of temp worker recruitment preferably in an outsourced set up.
- Understanding of temp recruitment systems (pref Fieldglass but open) worker rates and the analysis required to work out overall costs etc.
- Some understanding of tax and IR35 legislation would be useful as would an understanding of pre-employment checks within a regulated environment.
- Extensive resourcing experience
- Proven experience in areas of technical capabilities
- Proven experience in developing and evolving an organisation that interfaces with employees, vendors, HR business owners, unions and technology
- Private sector experience
