A Recruitment Specialist is required for a well established public company in Leeds. This is a 5 months contract, adequate time to focus on your project and providing you with the peace of stability for half a year. The company in mind are dominant in their sector, who promotes good working values, ultimately enhancing your C.V in terms of future employment.
Essential Experience:
- Extensive knowledge of IT/Digital Recruitment
- Skilled in Social Media and it's role within vacancy filling process, including, LinkedIn, Twitter
-Ability to organise hackathons, (end to end process)
- Ability to communicate at all levels, including senior leaders
- Ability to advise teams on user journeys and what makes the best and most shareable content with high social impact.
- Confident in different social media models and be up for the challenge of taking a leading role in the development of our currently basic social media strategy.
- You will need to be able to demonstrate and prove your exceptional track record in social media management and are looking for a role where you can use and develop your skills, experience and knowledge in a fast paced and evolving Recruitment team
