Recruitment Specialist

As the Recruitment Specialist you will be required to have the below Key Skills:

Experience of producing summary candidate reports (including psychometrics) to influence recruitment outcomes
Experience of managing a range of internal and external stakeholders up to Director level
Experience of designing and applying robust selection processes
Experience of interviewing and leveraging psychometric and testing data
Detailed knowledge of employer branding and candidate journey in the context of recruitment
Working knowledge of risk and control methodologies
Working knowledge of financial services regulatory and legislatory frameworks
Detailed knowledge of industry best practice, good network/links with external bodies and individuals in the same field
Expert level knowledge of selection design tools
Expert level knowledge of psychometrics and their use in assessment
Personal attributes
Ability to handle multiple recruitment campaigns, handling pressure and delivering effectively
Gravitas and impact to work with senior internal and external stakeholders
