Recruitment Specialist

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join a dedicated and driven recruitment team. While reporting to the Recruitment Team Leader, you will deliver robust, efficient, quality and agile recruitment services and programs focussing on critical specialist skill sets.

IN ADDITION TO ABOVE, YOU WILL:

- Build and maintain contemporary knowledge of attraction, sourcing, recruitment and other human capital matters and trends that may impact unit processes and outcomes.
- Develop and sustain effective relationships with senior managers, line managers, staff and external service providers to achieve the most appropriate recruitment outcomes for the team/Unit.

YOU WILL BRING:

- Intermediate level experience in recruitment or human resources within a complex, geographically and profesisonally diverse organisation.
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in contemporary candidate attraction, employer marketing and recruitment assessment techniques
- Demonstrated experience headhunting quality candidates with a track record filling hard to fill diverse roles
- An understanding of psychometric assessments and competency based selection will be highly desirbale
