Candidate Sourcing Advisor

Our Corporate client urgently requires a Candidate Sourcing Advisor to focus on direct sourcing for Finance and Communications, but may also pick up sourcing requirements in other Corporate Function areas.

*Proactively approach relevant high level talent using a variety of networking techniques.
*Proactively create and maintain pools of candidates for strategically identified recruitment needs.
*Work with Resourcing Business Partners to clarify and define resource requirements and advise on appropriate attraction solutions.
*Monitor industry trends and provide regular and timely market updates to business
*Support the development of a Corporate Functions attraction strategy and associated templates/toolkit

As the Candidate Sourcing Advisor you will be required to have the following experience and skills:

*Excellent knowledge and experience of candidate attraction methods and sourcing strategies.
*Outstanding relationship and stakeholder management skills.
*Experience meeting challenging deadlines in a senior/specialist oriented resourcing environment.
*Proven experience of working in partnership and building strong working relationships with senior managers to improve resourcing delivery.
