Recruitment Resourcer (6 Month Contract)

Allegis Group Services, a part of Allegis Group, is looking to hire a Recruitment Resourcer in London.

A Resourcing Consultant will work directly with a Recruitment Relationship Manager (RRM) and is responsible for supporting the RRM with the end to end contingent recruitment function. The Integrated Talent Solution (ITS) provided by AT2 to the client encompasses an RPO for permanent recruitment, an MSP solution, and the direct recruitment of the contingent workforce, effective May 2012. The Resourcing Consultant will be responsible for distribution of requirements to the TAO direct team and the supply base, screening candidates, interview scheduling, on-boarding and off-boarding activities and assignment management activities.

Responsibilities:

- Report directly into a Recruitment Relationship Manager and will work closely with other functions in the TAO to include an Operations Manager, Contract Support Associates, PES consultants, Reporting Analyst and Direct Recruitment Coordinators.
- Responsible for assisting the RRM with contingent resourcing activity in a particular business division or function.
- Mange the day to day relationship with the TAO direct team and contingent suppliers in the programme.
- Responsible for ensuring all direct and indirect contingent recruitment activity is managed through the VMS tool known as IQ Navigator which drives the end to end process, assignment management (extension and change order management) and to oversee time and expense functions for workers in their relevant business function.
- Assistance with preparation of MI and reports for RBS stakeholders.
- Responsible to ensure pre-employment screening (PES) has taken place and all workers on site are compliant.
- Assist the RRM with maintaining excellent hiring manager and HR stakeholder relationships.
- Assist RRM with forecast and planning activities with hiring managers.
- Responsible for issue resolution for IQN issues acting as the first line of support.

Manage data and management information.

Experience:

- Significant experience in stakeholder and Supplier communications
- Experience sourcing and qualifying a high volume of candidates via multiple channels
- Solid understanding of technology as it relates to HR systems and processes, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
- Previously worked in a team environment that emphasised group contributions
- Experience working on-site with a highly complex and politically charged client (a plus)

- Effective verbal and written communication skills (advertisements, candidate pipeline communications and candidate summaries)
- Organised approach to managing multiple projects/tasks at the same time
- Proven ability to perform and deliver under pressure and under tight deadlines
