Recruitment & Resource Analyst/Portfolio Analyst

My client is a market leader within the financial services space, they have an immediate requirement available for an outgoing and personable Recruitment & Resource Analyst/Portfolio Analyst. They are offering an initial 6 month contract with a likely extension, given the large amount of project working that is currently underway in this business group.

The role requires somebody to liaise with different business groups and stake holders, to elicit information regarding their project resourcing needs and milestone requirements. Therefore this person needs to be very personable, outgoing, friendly and pragmatic, someone that enjoys meeting new people and working in a fast paced environment. The successful candidate will then collate the information using excel and various data entry tool, then prepare reports for management and PMO teams.

Requirements:

- 2+ years Project Coordination, Resource Planning, Project Planning experience
- Must enjoy meeting new people and working with all levels of the business
- Personable, outgoing, friendly and confident in nature
- Intermediate level Excel experience is a must
- Good level of reporting experience
- Any Resource Management experience is highly desirable.
