As an Intern, you will join us on a 3-12 month program where you will be trained by our onsite Training Manager and mentored by one of our Senior Consultants. You will learn about all about the world of Recruitment, as well as gain invaluable experience of working within a City of London Consultancy.
Key responsibilities of the role will be to:
. Prepare candidate reports and mapping documents.
. Keep up-to-date with general knowledge about the sector and build up a network of contacts and candidates
. Support consultants with all aspects of executive search, including research, referencing and sourcing is also a major part of this role.
. Initially complete head hunting via social media before being trained on full head hunting technniques
Key candidate requirements for the role:
You are bright, ambitious, able to acquire knowledge quickly, attention to detail, passionate and well-spoken. You must have a desire to learn and previous experience in a call handling role would be an advantage but not essential.
