The Recruitment Reporting Specialist will work directly with the client, suppliers, team leader, Business Assurance teams, Client Service Managers and Principal Client Service Managers as the main point of contact for high level queries relating to either contingent workforce administration or permanent administration and taking responsibility for the resolution of those queries to a satisfactory conclusion. To concentrate on operational issues and process improvements.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Communicate and explain any process changes to the team
- Ownership of the Operation Manuals and other process documentation
- Act as the final checking mechanism for the particular parts of the process
- Conduct process reviews and make suggestions for improvements
- Ad-hoc reporting, recording and managing all information/data around contract and extension management to be able to provide accurate and up to date information when required
- Conduct internal audits and data cleanse within the team
- Prepare required forecasts
- Manage any ad hoc projects
- Actively participate in various operational calls
- Support TL with productivity trackers management
- Have full knowledge (SME) of the operational process
- Act as an interface between the internal teams and the client/third party suppliers to resolve outstanding queries

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
To have the opportunity to develop your career in this role, you will need to have:
- 3-5 years prior work experience in a Recruiting coordinator lead role acting as an interface between the internal teams and the client/third party suppliers to resolve outstanding queries
- Experience of working with recruitment systems (ie ATS, CRM) and maintaining a high level of data integrity
- Experience of managing difficult client relationships
- Able to quickly adopt and successfully support a new admin project
- Capable of planning admin projects and setting project plan
- Experience coordinating workload of other team members and Capable to create and perform on the job training
- Positive can-do attitude with excellent communication skills (oral & written)
- Ability to interact/work with recruiters, candidates and hiring managers across all levels
- Outstanding customer service skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, as well as good prioritization and organizational skills
- Understanding of Recruiting and HR concepts, policies and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
