RECRUITMENT PROJECT MANAGER

6 months - LONDON

IMMEDIATE START - £200-220 A DAY

Baltimore Consulting Group is currently partnering with a NHS Trust within the London area who are currently seeking a experienced Recruitment Manager to assist with a number of strategic projects for an initial 6 months.

Recruitment Project Manager Duties will include:

- Lead of specific recruitment projects
- End to end recruitment for all levels and staff groups
- Provide professional support and advice on recruitment to senior line and departmental managers, and advise managers on best practice recruitment and selection.
- E-Recruitment, Verbal and Written Policies, T&Cs and CRBs
- Review of SLAs and honorary contract reviews
- Recruitment and Selection policy and Training

The successful candidate must possess end to end recruitment experience within a NHS setting, and experience within similar projects and policies
