A well respected Public Sector Client in the London area are looking for a Recruitment Project Manager. The role is for an interim period of 12 months to support the recruitment process of 11 new senior members

Duties Include:

*To maintain the project plan and timetable and actively monitor its completion
*assess risks and manage appropriate actions to mitigate
*collate materials for search and selection consultants including those which go in to the information pack
*arrange meetings between NMC officers and consultants
*facilitate sign off by NMC and consultants of deliverables
*ensure deliverables are completed on time by NMC and consultants
*proof read and quality assure documentation and communications
*act as liaison point for selection panel members
*organise selection panel teleconferences and meetings
*organise interviews and assessments
*manage complaints
*prepare update reports for the director.
Person specification:

Essential

*Knowledge of Clinical governance looks
*Managing a budget of c 100k
*Strong systems and process understanding
*Evidence of managing a supplier contract
*Evidence of strong delivery and customer service ethos
*Excellent written skills
*Highly articulate and confident with senior staff and non executives

Desirable
*Experience of working in healthcare or regulation
*Report writing for senior executives and non executives
*Self starter able to work to tight deadlines with minimal supervision
*Experience of risk management
