Our client is currently reviewing it's end to end recruitment processes and are seeking a Process Workstream Lead to manage and facilitate the changes.

Role Brief
An HR project team has been initiated to review the full end to end recruitment process as there are a number of challenges with the existing recruitment service. Some of the most frequent issues faced are around the use of Oracle iRecruitment, existing process flow and subsequent line management and candidate experience.

They are looking to recruit a Work Stream Lead to manage the second phase of the resourcing design/professional service workflow with the end result improving the customer experience.

Engaging with Resourcing Managers, HR and other Work Stream Leads across HR & Information Management (IM) to develop strategy, policy and process improvements as part of the phase 2 design.

Responsibilities include mapping out process flow, project governance, ensuring the work stream activity is properly instigated, authorised, communicated, tracked, completed and the impact measured. Working with IM to resolve system issues or build new process flow where required

Essential Skills

Previous experience of successful recruitment and selection end to end process design
Advance knowledge and understanding of online recruitment systems and recruitment life cycle
Advance IT skills including Project Management tools, Oracle i-Recruitment and Microsoft office skills
Strong data analysis skills
Strong evidence of communication and Project management skills delivering change
Advanced influencing, negotiation and relationship management skills
Up to date knowledge of the overall employment market
Intermediate knowledge of employment law
Strong investigative and analysis skills

Candidates can be based in either Milton Keynes or Manchester, with travel required between the 2 offices (expenses paid).
