Recruitment Process and Strategy Analyst

Recruitment Process and Strategy Analyst required for 1 month contract starting 19th November 2012 with multi-national oil and gas organisation in London.

There are 2 projects that require some initial business analysis:

- Worldwide marathon event - each region has it's own business process for recruitment and approval of competitors. The objective of the business analysis is to define a detailed business process that will work across each region
- The client translates around 4,500 jobs each year. Around 20% of these are through a centralised translation service. The translations team would like to use a commercial tool to automate their processes. The first step is to create a clear set of business processes and a set of requirements for this.

Duties for this role:

- Create a detailed To-Be process definition for the marathon process
- Create a detailed To-Be process definition for the translation process
- Create a detailed list of requirements for an RFP for a tool to support the translation process

You will have experience working on similar roles, with a recruitment process context and have strong business analysis skills.

You MUST be available to start on 19th November 2012 and be able to commit fully to 21st December 2012.
