Recruitment Officer/Recruitment Consultant

The Recruitment Officer will hold responsibility for managing, delivering and meeting high numbers of our recruitment requirements across our business. This is a hands on permanent recruitment delivery role, sourcing high volumes of talent.

Specific responsibilities will include (but not be restricted to):
Hands on permanent recruitment delivery role, directly sourcing high volumes of talent for our national security business.
Building talent pipelines for requirements.
Meet headcount requirements set by the relevant business unit, by delivering an excellent recruitment service.
Identify and develop with the support of the recruitment team and manager, the best sourcing strategies, managing the balance of direct, referral and agency candidates.
Build relationships with operations and business executives across a number locations.
Accurately produce management information reports on candidate pipeline and help present the information to operations and hiring managers on a weekly basis.
Work closely with the recruitment administrators to ensure best in class candidate experience.
Participate in the agency supplier review process

Competencies

Previous IT or Technology recruitment experience, successful track record of directly sourcing candidates for the national security industry.
Managing external suppliers and direct candidates via web applications.
Good understanding of the Professional Services Market, such as IT or Management Consulting. Strong customer facing skills - with evidence of proven ability to build trusted recruitment relationships with (senior) line managers
Attention to detail, with experience in working with MS Office applications such as Excel.
Good team player with a flexible approach.
Ideally educated to degree level (in any discipline)
An understanding of online candidate management systems, such as i-GRasp, Brass Ring or Taleo would be an advantage
