RECRUITMENT OFFICER (12 MONTH INTERIM CONTRACT)

SOUTHAMPTON BASED

(DAY RATE DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE, WITH REVIEW TO EXTEND)

ROLE:

To support the Plant Asset Management HR Team with sourcing CV's, recruitment advertising, networking and liaising with agencies. To provide cost effective recruitment strategies and tools, reduce the overall time to hire.

The successful candidate will be performing duties mainly with resourcing/sourcing candidates for the business.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES;

- Using extensive recruitment tools to source the right candidates for business requirements.
- To contribute in building up a talent pool' of candidates at a global level.
- Working closely with HR to ensure highly qualities CVs on various roles are submitted as per company requirements.
- Participating in various educational opportunities and professional activities as per the business requirements.
- Other recruitment adhoc HR duties as per instruction of line manager.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

- Previous recruitment experience in house/agency is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal, writing, writing reports, phone.
- The ability to build professional relationships and networks.
- Formal recruitment qualifications/training are an advantage but not essential.
- Previous experience within an oil and gas/energy sector preferable but not mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years recruitment experience.
